We are so excited that you’re considering us for your pups' daycare, boarding or grooming needs!
Our Structured Daycare is designed to be more than just a holding facility, we provide organized off-leash play!
Using small play groups, our staff is able to give your pup more one-on-one attention which is super beneficial if they haven’t had a lot of socialization. We are also able to pair your pup with playmates that either match their energy level or help balance them out!
As dog owners ourselves, we really want our clients to feel like this is their pups’ home away from home. We really do understand that your pets are your fur kids, and you want to have a safe place to leave them where they’ll receive 1-on-1 attention, supervised socialization, and enriching activities that will keep them occupied and happy while you’re away!

Packages & Daily Rate
Dog Daycare Packages: These contain a certain number of daycare credits that can be used up to 3 months from the purchase date. These credits are non-transferable & non-refundable.
Monthly Subscriptions: These are for the pups who will be attending daycare every week on regular schedule!
Subscriptions guarantee your pup a spot in daycare on your chosen days and have exclusive perks only available to Monthly Subscribers! Check out the perks section for more info! Packages and subcription credits can be used towards any of your dog's as well.

Our Policies
Cancellations
A minimum of 48hrs is required for cancellation or rescheduling of daycare bookings. Failure to notify will result in full payment or use of package credits for scheduled daycare services as time was set aside for your pet. The afternoon/evening before your appointment does not qualify as 48hrs notice. Notice needs to be sent before 9am, two days before your scheduled booking.
No-Shows
As the client, you understand that failure to keep your scheduled daycare booking appointment you are responsible for paying the full fee of the grooming appointment as time was set aside for your pet(s). This also includes use of pre-purchased credits. If a credit card has been left on file for payment of services, the client gives Uptown Tails Pet Resort Ltd. permission to charge the card on their behalf in the event of a late cancellation or no-show appointment.
*We understand emergencies can happen and will take special circumstances into consideration*
Behaviour Policy
All pups attending daycare must have completed and passed their temperament assessments. Owners will need to verify that their dog has not harmed or shown aggression or threatening behaviour towards any person or dog.
Please remember that when your dog frequents the daycare play areas, they will be in contact with many other kinds of dogs, and the health and safety of all the pups in our care is our main priority.
Clean Store Policy / Pre-Entry Potty Break
We kindly ask that all pet parents bringing their pups into our facility walk their dogs outside on the nearby grass, for at least 1-minute, prior to entering our facility. Doing so will minimize the chances of dogs having “accidents”, which reduces the spread of bacteria and parasites, and deter unwanted potty behaviour. Please note that waste MUST BE CLEANED IMMEDIATELY. If you require assistance, please be sure to ask our staff members for help.
